Deemrose Data Cabling carry out network installations throughout the private sector. Our projects include business offices, entertainment complexes & leisure facilities.
Garmin, the sat-nav giant, has its European Distribution Centre located in Southampton. In 2012 they approached us to request that we install a new fibre optic backbone throughout the premises and replaced major elements of their network cabling. We have looked after their network ever since.
In 2007 we were invited to install an 8 node fibre optic backbone with associated cabinets to create a resilient network infrastructure at Paultons Family Theme Park. Over subsequent years the network has been extended throughout the theme park and now provides both secure connections and public access WiFi. With the ongoing development of the park, including the Peppa Pig World attraction, we have expanded the network to over 20 nodes that provide connectivity for security, audio distribution, secure administration and on-line photography. We are proud to be the preferred data cabling contractor for this prestigious customer.
We have been associated with McCarthy & Stone, the UK’s leading retirement homes developer, for over twenty years. During that time we have been their preferred data cabling contractor and have provided local area networks for their head office in Bournemouth and for their regional offices throughout the UK.
We have undertaken projects for companies within the Penny & Giles Group, based in Christchurch, since 2005. This has included the installation of new LAN’s as existing buildings are refurbished and general network additions throughout their premises. In 2010 we completed a major upgrade, replacing the cabinets in their main data communications room to provide additional capacity.
In early 2013 we were approached by S & D Leisure. The rides & events company is responsible for managing the entertainment facilities that are found at the pier approach in the coastal town of Bournemouth. Our first task was to install a fibre optic link that ran the length of Bournemouth lower gardens. This new link ran from the data cabinet at the Bournemouth Eye balloon and connected into each of the refreshments kiosks along the route to the pier approach.
We carried out our first installation for the original Isle of Wight ferry company, the Red Funnel Group, in early 2013. It was a privilege for us to work with a customer with such a rich heritage; Red Funnel have been an ever-present part of South Coast industry for over 150 years.
