Working alongside our trusted audio-visual subcontractors, we can provide a complete supply & installation service for your organisation’s digital surveillance system. Modern private and public sector organisations are now installing Internet Protocol (IP) cameras  into their buildings to protect their assets.

The IP camera is a type of digital video camera commonly used  for surveillance. IP cameras send and receive data via computer networks and the Internet. They operate off two-way audio via a single network cable allowing the user to communicate with what they are seeing.

IP cameras can be moved around anywhere on an IP network. This is in part because modern IP cameras can operate without an additional power supply, an ability known as Power over Ethernet (PoE). The IP cameras work with the PoE protocol, which gives power via the ethernet cable. This flexibility, coupled with their ability to transmit data securely over a wireless network, makes IP cameras a very useful and increasingly relevant tool for schools, local authorities and modern businesses.
